Support That Grows With Your Business

Ongoing help for business owners who don’t want to figure everything out alone.

The Business Support Subscription is built for owners who already have a business running and want continued guidance: bookkeeping, financial coaching, or help navigating whatever comes up next. Coverage and scope are matched to what your business actually needs.

What’s Included (scope depends on your subscription level)

  • Ongoing bookkeeping support
  • Tax preparation coordination
  • Financial reporting, including building your P&L and the supporting documents behind it
  • Compliance calendars, so you know the dates you have to report by
  • Financial coaching, including your options around taxes and how to plan for them
  • Access to ask questions as they come up, instead of starting from scratch each time

Pricing: monthly plans from $500 to $1,000, based on how complex your books are.

  • Essentials – $500/month: one business, a few connected bank or card accounts, no payroll, sales tax or inventory
  • Standard – $750/month: adds one of payroll, sales tax, or job/project tracking
  • Plus – $1,000/month: adds two or more of payroll, sales tax, multiple locations or classes, or inventory

Not included in the monthly plan: your QuickBooks subscription (billed by Intuit) and catch-up or cleanup of past records, which is quoted separately.

QuickBooks Setup: $500-$1,500, one time.

We set up your QuickBooks company so it is ready to use: company details, chart of accounts, bank and card connections, products and services, and invoicing. Your exact price depends on how much needs to be set up and is confirmed in writing before any work begins.

Related services available on request: Acquisition Support, Succession Planning, and Deal Sourcing & Matchmaking, all custom-quoted based on the situation.

Who this is for: Existing business owners who want a consistent point of contact instead of hiring out each task separately.
