Start: Business Roadmap & Strategy
Get your business idea off the ground with a Business Roadmap (from $100). You get a review of your idea or current setup and a written roadmap covering structure, registration, systems and priorities that you can follow at your own pace. Optional add-ons are available at $100 each if you want deeper coverage on one area.
Build: Business Creation & Establishment
Hands-on support through forming and registering your business ($1,000 plus filing costs). From Articles of Organization and EIN applications to registered agent setup, business phone/email, and system configuration—we help you get each piece in place so you can focus on growth. Curiosity Ventures is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice; where licensed counsel is needed, we connect you with it.
Support: Ongoing Business Support & Specialized Services
Sustain and scale your business with our monthly Support Subscription ($500-$1,000/month) covering ongoing bookkeeping support, tax preparation coordination, financial reporting (building your P&L and the supporting documents behind it), compliance calendars so you know the dates you have to report by, and financial coaching and strategy guidance. We also offer QuickBooks setup, acquisition support, succession planning, and deal sourcing services.
AI & Operations Systems
Simplify repetitive work with connected intake, customer tracking, communications, and AI-assisted workflows. We map your process, build around your existing tools, and test the system before handoff.
